Edes kerran kesässä pitää saada muurinpohjalettuja. Tehtiin sitten kerralla sekä pää-, että jälkiruoka. Suolaisissa letuissa on sisällä porkkanaa, kesäkurpitsaa, kevätsipulia ja mausteita. Jälkiruokaletut nautittiin kera tuoreiden mustikoiden ja metsämansikoiden sekä suklaan. Molemmat astiat ovat vanhaa arabiaa, jotka olen hankkinut vuosia sitten halvalla ja unohtanut äidin säilöön. Voitte uskoa, että nappasin ne mukaani.
Once in every summer I must make these giant crepes that are made on a big pan on open fire. They taste absolutely delicious, specially when they have a hint of smokey taste in them. We stuffed them in two ways - the salty one included spring onion, zucchini, carrots and spices and the sweet ones we enjoyed with fresh wild strawberries and blueberries along with some chocolate. Both dishes are Finnish Design brand Arabia, they are old and I bought them years ago for a bargain price and just forgot them at my mom's. Yeah, I did take them home with me this time.
